Meet Us
Greg Huber

Greg
has practiced law in
Arizona since
1986, prior to which he was a Certified Public
Accountant. Throughout college and law school, he focused his
studies in the areas of business and commerce, with emphasis in
finance, real estate and business organizations (BBA, Accounting --
The George Washington University, 1981; JD -- The University of
Virginia Law School, 1985). Following law school, he spent 8 months
wandering through the British Isles, Europe, Pakistan and India before returning to the US and
becoming a member of the Arizona Bar.
Greg practiced with two firms in
Phoenix from
1986 through 1999. His practice during that period was largely
in service of lenders (S&L’s, banks and large, unregulated finance
companies) and to a lesser degree Phoenix-area developers.
During that period, he was intimately involved in negotiation,
documentation and closing of real estate financing transactions
across Arizona and 25 other states,
as well as Canada
and
Europe.
In 1999, Greg and his family moved north to
Prescott and Greg became a partner in a development company
that he had assisted over the previous few years in assembling land for
a master planned community in Prescott. After returning to private practice
in 2001, Greg’s focus has been largely in the areas of real estate
developer and business representation.
Greg offers a wealth of experience from many different
perspectives within the real estate and business worlds, grounded in a
solid foundation of accounting and finance.
