We have extensive experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in real estate and asset based lending transactions, workouts, and restructurings.  This experience extends beyond typical commercial lending transactions into the areas of land banking through the use of trust and option arrangements, ground leases, deed-in lieu transactions, inter-creditor agreements, subordination agreements, and loan participation and servicing.

We also have substantial experience in generation of opinion letters as borrower’s counsel in commercial lending transactions and as special Arizona counsel to out of state lenders providing financing secured by real property, securities and other assets having a situs in Arizona.
